Freedom Softwash Full Exterior Cleaning Giveaway

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
The Sponsor of this giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is Rich Marsaglia d/b/a Freedom Softwash, 2 Brittany St, Springfield, IL 62712. All questions about the Sweepstakes go to the Sponsor, not to any social media platform.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and who own a single-family residence located within the Freedom Softwash service area in central Illinois. Renters, apartments, and properties outside the service area are not eligible. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Entry Period begins on August 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be accepted. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit the giveaway page and complete the entry form with your name, home address, email address, and phone number. Limit one entry per person and one entry per household address. Additional submissions with a name, email, phone, or address already in the system are not accepted and do not add chances. If someone at your address has already entered, anyone in the household can still share the referral link to earn bonus entries for that entry (see Section 5).
5. Bonus Entries (Referrals)
After entering, you receive a unique referral link. Each time a different, eligible person enters through your link and qualifies, you receive two additional entries. There is no limit on the number of bonus entries you can earn this way. You cannot refer yourself, and only genuine, qualified, unique entries count. The Sponsor may void bonus entries and disqualify any entrant for fraud, manipulation, or abuse of the referral system.
6. Grand Prize
One grand prize winner receives a full exterior cleaning package from Freedom Softwash, which may include roof, house, and additional exterior surfaces, with an approximate retail value (ARV) of up to $1,000. If the winner's property would require services valued above the ARV, the additional value will not be awarded; the winner may pay the difference, or the Sponsor may provide additional services at its own discretion. The prize is for services only, has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted except by the Sponsor. Services will be scheduled and completed by June 30, 2027, weather permitting. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
7. $150 Credit for Everyone Who Enters
Every person who enters the Sweepstakes and provides valid contact information receives a $150 credit toward a Freedom Softwash exterior cleaning service, whether or not they win the grand prize. This credit is something you receive for entering, not a prize you win. The credit must be redeemed by scheduling a service on or before October 1, 2026, is limited to one per household, is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers, and is valid only for service within the Freedom Softwash service area.
8. Winner Selection
On September 1, 2026, the Sponsor will select one grand prize winner at random from all eligible entries, with bonus entries counted. The drawing is genuinely random. The Sponsor does not choose the winner by property size or any other factor. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Notification
The Sponsor will attempt to notify the winner by phone and email on or about September 1 to 2, 2026. The winner must confirm acceptance within seven days of the first notification attempt. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within seven days, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, entry authorizes the Sponsor to use the winner's first name, city, and before and after images of the completed work for advertising and promotional purposes, in any media, without further permission or additional compensation.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant releases the Sponsor and its owners and employees from any claim, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or performance of any prize or credit. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, you release Meta, Facebook, and Instagram completely. Any questions go to the Sponsor, not to those platforms.
13. General Conditions
The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, tampers with the entry process, or acts in a disruptive or fraudulent manner. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or end it and award the prize from eligible entries received to that point.
14. Privacy
Information collected through the Sweepstakes is handled as described in the Privacy Policy posted on this site.
15. Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
16. Winner's Name
To request the winner's first name and city, send a written request to the Sponsor at the address above within 60 days after the drawing.
